Your general availability to schedule your 30 minute 1:1 Personal Call to complete your Application process with Sierra.
If you choose Shared Room let us know if you have a roommate request. If you do not have a person to share with we will discuss more in your personal call to match you with a compatible partner. We will do our best to pair you with another participant looking for a roommate. However, if we’re unable to find a match: Your double room will be treated a single, and a single occupancy supplement will be added to your retreat fee.
There are limited single rooms available on this retreat so register quickly if that is your preference. Single Rooms will require an additional single supplement fee of $685. We will discuss this option in your 1:1 Personal Call.

Please understand that there is an application process required for this retreat and we may determine that this trip is not the right fit for you. We have this process in place to ensure that this retreat is a safe and fabulous experience for all attendees. If you are not accepted for this retreat your deposit will be refunded in full and we are happy to offer guidance as to what programming would be in alignment for you.
There is daily hiking on this retreat, thus you will need to have excellent balance and a degree of physical fitness. While we will be on trails, the terrain can be uneven and loose rocks are part of the environment, good hiking boots will be required. Other considerations are the altitude and potentially high temperatures of Sedona that can challenge your fitness levels and make hiking more difficult. We reserve the right to decline any applications if we have concerns for your safety.
This retreat may be challenging if you have fear of heights. Please discuss any concerns in your 1:1 with Sierra to determine if this is the right experience for you.
CANCELLATION POLICY
The $808 USD retainer is non-refundable under all circumstances.
Written Cancellations made prior to May 15th will result in a 50% loss of the total trip price.
Written Cancellations made on or after May 15th will result in a 100% loss of funds (no refunds).
If you cancel your attendance for ANY REASON we will offer your spot as a scholarship. This will provide you a karmic blessing.
We reserve the right to cancel the trip if it is not meeting the trip minimum attendance of 10 participants. If we must cancel our decision will be made by July 15th and your your deposit and any payments will be refunded in full.
If we determine that this retreat is not the right fit for you, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation. In this case, all payments will be fully refunded.

Flight Tips
Flights are not included in your retreat price. Flights right now are $350 and up roundtrip. Make sure you check all possible departure airports for the best flight dates and times.
You will be flying into Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport (PHX), about 2 hours from Sedona.
We suggest NOT purchasing your flight until you receive our detailed flight guidelines and you have had your 1:1 with Sierra.
Please note ground transport will be NOT provided to/from PHX and our hotel in Sedona due to varying travel times. Shuttlebuses are available. You can make these arrangements on our group chat if you prefer not to travel on your own.

Simple What to Bring List
For our outdoor adventures, we recommend wearing lots of removable layers. A pair of good waterproof hiking boots are a MUST. Also wear good wool or synthetic hiking socks; we advise against cotton.
Pack a LARGE water bottle that you fill up and drink from constantly. It’s vital to stay hydrated on our retreats. Glass is not recommended.
Do be prepared to go outdoors in all weather.
